What are the shipping charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For Domestic shipping Kaveri charges Rs. 150 for the first garment and Rs 75 for every extra garment ordered. International charges are Rs. 750 for the first garment and Rs. 500 for every additional garment.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Do you accept International Card?

Yes we do accept international cards. For security purposes, an internal upper limit has been issued on the amount of international transaction fixed by our Payment Gateway Partner, which differs from time to time.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

We deliver most of our orders within 7- 10 days for domestic orders from the date of ordering. But international deliveries varies according depending on where you are ordering from.

How can I cancel my order?

Not happy with the style/ size. No problem, just drop us an email and send the courier back. We will make the necessary changes. We can be reached at customercare@bykaveri.com

What is your return & exchange policy?

All our garments are hand-made to suit your requirements, however if you feel that the garment doesn’t fit well, we’d request you to ship us your piece back with a small note stating alteration requirements and correct measurements.

You can also email us at customercare@bykaveri.com with specification on alterations.

To avail of the exchange option, the garment should be intact with all the tags and labels.

We don’t provide a return refund unless the piece is found defected from our end.

Can I avail of store credit?

We don’t offer store credit on exchange/returns. Only size exchanges are possible.

Will tax amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?

Yes tax amount will be refunded on all cancellations.

Do I need to pay tax again in case I exchange an item/order?

No there are no additional charges on the exchange of the same garment for a different size. But taxes will vary if the style is exchanged which is dependent of the price of the garment selected.

Do you customize clothes? If yes, is it charged extra?

Yes, we customize for a perfect fit. We don’t charge anything extra for basic length alterations, however if the piece requires to be entirely customized, the customization charges vary from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1500.

What is the procedure for getting clothes customized?

While selecting the garment we have a custom option where you can mention your customization details which will reflect in your order.

How to measure?

Customising one’s garments require correct measurements. There are a few easy steps to follow to measure one ’s self.

It is better to ask another to help you with the measurements. Take a measuring tape in the inches side and measure close to the body and not the garment. Please make sure that the garment you are wearing while taking your measurement is not too large and extra fabric doesn’t get bunched up
